Terms & Conditions

We can only accept and process applications with full payment.
Enrolments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment after the second class.
Undersubscribed courses will be cancelled and reimbursed in full.
We are unable to offer refunds for any classes that you are unable
to attend.
Swedish Language Training cannot accept responsibility for any
unforeseen changes in a candidate's circumstances that may
prevent him/her attending the course.
Swedish Language Training reserves the right to cancel a course, or replace a tutor, if unavoidable.
Swedish Language Training reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions if changes in circumstances make this necessary.

Refund Policy

Fees are not refundable once a course has commenced and no
partial refund can be given for any classes not attended.
Swedish Language Training will automatically offer refund or credit of your course fee in the event of our having to cancel your course.
Classes you are unable to attend cannot be refunded, credited or
deferred to a later term.
Once a course has commenced it is not possible to defer the course to another term
Cancellations up to 22 days before advertised course start will be
fully refunded.
If you cancel up to 21 days before advertised course start you will
lose !5% of your course fee.
If you cance up to 14 days before advertised course start you will
lose 30% of your course fee.
If you cancel 7 days or less before advertised course start you will
lose 100% of your course fee.
Cancellations have to be made in writing and arrive before the
deadline stated above.
Failure to observe the deadlines stated above will result in the loss
of your course fee.
