Terms
& Conditions
We
can only accept and process applications with full payment.
Enrolments are processed
on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse
enrolment after the second class.
Undersubscribed courses will
be cancelled and reimbursed in full.
We are unable to offer refunds
for any classes that you are unable
to attend.
We cannot accept responsibility
for any unforeseen changes in a
candidate's circumstances
that may prevent him/her attending.
We cannot accept responsibility
for single lesson cancellations
outside our control,
such as security alerts, weather conditions,
strike actions, demonstrations
or rioting.
We reserve the right to cancel
a course, change a venue or
replace a tutor, if unavoidable.
There are two Bank Holidays
in the summer term. If your class falls on a
Monday, the Bank holiday classes will be replaced to another day of the
same week.
We reserve the right to change
these Terms and Conditions if
changes in circumstances
make this necessary.
Refund
Policy
Fees
are not refundable once a course has commenced and no
partial refund can be
given for any classes not attended.
Once a course has commenced
it is not possible to defer it to
another term.
Classes you are unable to
attend cannot be refunded, credited or
deferred to a later term.
We will automatically offer
you a refund or credit in the event of
our having to cancel
your course.
Should you wish to cancel
your course you need to do so in writing
at least ten working
days before course start. You can then either
postpone to a later start
date or get a refund minus a 10%
administrative fee.
Should you cancel your course
less than ten working days before
course start you will
not be entitled to a refund or deferral to
another term.
Should you want a deferral
to a later term you must request so in
writing at least ten
working days before course start.
